Directions
Dip the brush once. Apply to the skin along the upper lash line on both eyes. Do not wash off.
Allow to dry for at least 90 seconds before applying other eye products. There's no need to apply to the lower lash line.
Use twice daily, morning and night, on clean, dry skin. Once lashes have reached your desired length, reduce use to 2-3 times per week for maintenance.
