Nero Line’s return policy applies to customers in Canada. Returns and exchanges are accepted. All returned items must be unused and in their original packaging to be eligible.
Customers have a 5-day return window to request a return. Returns are processed by mail, and a free return label is included in the package. No restocking fees apply.
Once the returned item is received and approved, refunds are issued in CAD and processed within 5 days.
